how to pedal rumbles on f1 2019 ps4

i have the f1 2019 both pc and ps4 versions, and the csl elite base with the v3 pedals. on the pc the pedals rumble but on the ps4 not, there is a way to make them vibrate on the ps4?

    set the ABS and FEI in the base to user preferences. good luck, try it twice , some people get it to work like this and some dont.
