Drivers not working for Clubsport v2.5

I've installed drivers v328 and v311, neither of which work. The pedals v3 appear in Win10 game controllers but the wheel v2.5 does not. 

How do I fix?

Even without a driver installed, Win10 should recognize the wheel as being connected as a USB device. 

What happens when you switch on the wheel base? Does it do its autocalibration? If yes, what colour does the power button turn when it's finished?
