It Is still in process and tagged as pre-order on my order history (???).
No answer from sale support...

I am like you. FANATEC SUX. I spent more than 1600€ and no news about mi order one week later.
Your enquiries will be addressed by the sales team as soon as possible. Please understand that the new webshop launch has resulted in delayed communication.

Let me Say that at least a warning email to all the account with an open order Would have avoided some dissatisfaction.
I understand the website change commitment , but communication today is everything, Specially when custumers are involved 😉
