New Shifter Not Working

Hi I got the new 2019 Black Friday shifter this year. I went to use it the first time and it seems that gear 6 is undetected. I am using it standalone with the USB adapter on my PC. In the control panel, every gear other than 6 is detected.

2- works

3- works

4- works

5- works

6- undetected

7- works

Is this a common issue?

How do I calibrate it without a wheel? I can't find the software for the shifter.

Do you have the Fanatec driver installed? If yes, I guess that there is no button to re-calibrate the shifter?

Is 6th gear not detected, or does it show the wrong gear when selected?

The normal Fanatec driver should allow you to initiate the shifter calibration when used as a standalone USB device.
