Clubsport Shifter threads stripped

The threads stripped on the shifting stick of my Clubsport Shifter SQ 1.5. I can no longer screw the shifting stick into the Clubsport base.  

Does anyone know how to purchase a new shifting stick (the metal shaft between the base and the knob)?
