I can not use the shifter as a sequential shifter it only registers that I pull down and not when I push up. In the software I have calibrated the shifter and works good as a H pattern. When I switch it to sequential it does feel like the same distance and feel when I pull down as it does when I push up. Also the software does not register that it is in sequential mode.
Any ideas on a fix? This is a brand new shifter out of the box.
Is there a better way to get support other than email, which gets an automatic reply and then wait for what seems like an eternity to someone who just purchased something and it should just work.

I have the same issue currently. It was workimg fine yesterday but I went to put it in h-pattern mode and all gears but 2nd worked so I switched to Seq. And it only registers when I upshift (pull down) as soon as I let it go, it registers as a down shift. So it undoes what I did. Downshifting (pushing up) does nothing.
When I plug and unplug the unit, it recognizes it as a button press. Same when I switch from h-pattern to Seq. It thinks I pressed L1. (Ps4 mode).
Already did, no word since August 26th 2020, just thought I would post here to see if I could actually get help.
