WRC 9 PC problem solved

My CSL Elite and Load Cell pedals stopped being recognized by WRC 9 a few days ago. I troubleshot just about everything, reinstalled the game, fanatec drivers, and I was this close to reinstalling Windows 10 when I finally figured it out...

The game does not like Steam running in the background. Close Steam and any other non-Epic launchers before launching WRC 9.

Stupid problem with a simple solution.
