Throttle does not register with Load Cell pedal (After RMA)

i Just received back a new Load Cell pedal after I had to RMA my first one. The problem was that when the throttle was connected to the Load Cell, it was not recognized or the input was flickering. After a discussion with the support, I’ve sent it back and today I received a new one.
After connecting everything, I noticed the same issue occurs. When connected to the Load Cell, the throttle does not send any output . I’ve tried USB connection and wheelbase. Of course drivers and firmwares are up to date.
When the Load Cell is out of the equation, everything is working fine. Can it be that the problem is with the throttle pedal ?

Have you tried a different cable?
Yes, thanks. As the new pedal was a new one, the cables were also new. I’ve also used another rj12 but same results….
