I received a response from the repair workshop, They issued an RMA but the address is for Germany. It would cost me over $350 to send the wheelbase to Germany. That is ridiculous! It that normal?
I think you have misinterpreted the message.
You will be sent a shipping label, you do not have to pay for shipping. We have a repair centre in each region we supply to, so yours would be sent to the US repair centre.
