CS Universal Hub 'JOY' socket

I want to add a mini ananog stick to the cs universal hub.

I saw a 'JOY' socket on the CS Universal Hub pcb, and was wondering if this works?

And what's the pin assignment?

(Picture is from internet, I don't have the hub right now, if it worked I'll buy one.)
