csl pedals not updating...help

csl pedals not updating connected directly to pc via usb I am using beta driver 442. When I try to update to the new firmware version 1.8, the connection is disconnected but not updated at all. Are you experiencing the same symptoms as me?

    Are you directly connected to a usb port on the i/o panel of motherboard?
