Csl elite v2 brakes died on day 1!!!

Hi, I need help.

I did the support ticket but didnt get any confirmation or anything I dont want to spam it.

Anyways the v2 pedal loadcell is completely unresponsive suddenly. I think it might be the cable because when I wiggle it gently is fluctuate a little bit in a colorless percentage (not blue) but other than that there is zero input when I press the brakes. Gas and clutch is fine. Anyone was able to fix it please???? I have important races coming up :( all drivers up to date. I already paid sooo much to get the entire fanatec gear shipped to me outside their shipping zones.
