clubsport f1 rim

was going to order the ps4 elite bundle. but apparently the clubsport  f1 rims not available, so cant get the bundle.
so when i went to the clubsport f1 rim with the pc key included, it says its available..how can this be? 
can someone please help me here, as i want to get my stuff ordered, dont understand how the same wheel rim can be available just because it comes with a pc key!!!

    Are you in the US store, because for the ClubSport F1 PS4 bundle in the US store is in stock.
