Step 1 pause, step 2 put ps4 to rest, step 3 turn off base, step 4 wake up base with power button, step 5 turn on base at blu screen, step 6 bind base to ps4 thru ps button and then initiate torque and you should be on!
This is what I have to do every time i what all the features from my fully functional dd wheel for ps4.
