I’ve actually spoken to Will about this.
And he has regrettably said he was unaware of them handling this situation like this and was never informed of the price changes after his review. And was overall left in the dark him self about their plan and actions post review.
He hasn’t openly said sorry, but he has addressed his concern and how he feels about them managing this situation on a few occasions without jeopardizing his relationship.
He did his job. I don’t think it’s fair to slam him for fanatec not doing theirs. You act like he has a say in any of this.
