no high torque with mclaren gt3 v2 with DD2???

i have a fanatec mclaren gt3 v2 wheel with a black metal QR. every time i plug it into my DD2 I keep getting a low torque, even with the high torque key plugged in the back of the DD2. Does the mclarten gt3 v2 not support high torque???

It does support high Torque with the metal QR1. However sometimes it can happen that the Low Torque detection plate is stuck and therefore still gives the Signal for the base that it's pressed and then the base locks to Low Torque Mode.
Try to detach the metal QR1 and push the small detection Plate where the pin of the plastic QR would go in with a small Tool like an allen key. Give it some pushes, make sure that the plate is not stuck and then re-attach the metal QR1 to then try again for High Torque.
where am I looking at on the back of the QR?
You have to remove the Quick Release. Below is a hole. You have to press it with a pen or something similar, gently, to check that the mechanism inside it works.
I took the black metal QR off but not sure what I am looking at still.
im also running the latest PC DRIVER 447
Now push the little detection plate in the hole on the right a few times as that plate most likely is stuck.

Then your wheel is broken and you need to contact the support.
I removed the spring and cap on the McLaren GT3 v2 wheel and I now get high torque again on my DD2. SWEET!
