No Tracking Number and Invoice

I bout a dd1 bundle on 15 jun and I'm still waiting for shipping. I haven't got email that noticed my order status changed to "warehouse processing" that includes the invoice yet. I haven't got also the tracking number because they didn't send me yet.
I tried to contact sales team by email for getting my order actual status and getting tracking number(now waiting).
It's been 7 days after I ordered a product. I wonder whether my order is shipped or not and If it has been shipped why the tracking number has not been sent.
Hence I have neither the way of tracking my package nor confirming my order being shipped.

Many orders are still being fulfilled from April and May. If you ordered only in-stock items, you should get the information soon. Just have some patience.
I was really surprised because in the fact my package arrived just a moment. I'm regret to my lack of patience while I'm a little wondering why I wasn't able to get my tracking number.

They dont seem to have an automated system to send tracking numbers. In the US, people often receive an email directly from FedEx.
I bought a product in USA region and I didn't receive an email which includes the tracking number. I have no idea why I didn't receive the tracking number.
There are general tracking synchronisation problems with shipping services at the moment. It's not something directly under our control, as we rely on our shipping partners to provide this information.

Yeah but...it's...it's a system you pay for and utilize that's directly affecting your end consumers.
... I don't get it. This is the most frustrating part as you know there's an issue that affects the end consumers, but they're so quickly to just blatantly disregard it as "Well, it is what is is. There's absolutely no way this could be done better".
I have hope then. My order of a DD1 and V3 pedals was updated to "The order has been processed" on June 19th but I haven't seen a tracking number. Now I have hope that it might already be in transit.
