What is the depth of the threaded holes for the Podium Kill Switch?

According to the QuickGuide, you can use M6 screws for mounting.

However, I could not find any info about the depth of the threaded holes. 

I have not ordered my DD yet, so I cannot check this myself.

I believe it is 10mm deep.

using a small skinny screwdriver and measuring its about 11 to 12mm ... which is very close to 1/2 inch
