Hi, I was trying to buy a fanatec product. But I got the CVC code wrong for the first time. Since then, the page has been saying payment refused. I tried to send an email but the [email protected] address does not work.

The sales email address is [email protected]. This reaches the same inbox as using the contact form 'I have a question about my order' found at the top of the website. However it is better to use the website form, because it requires you to be logged in to your Fanatec account, which makes your query easier to track.

By the way, keep in mind that you will need to wait for a while for Fanatec to get back to you on this. It’s been more than a couple of weeks since I sent them a mail on this “payment refused” issue. Haven’t received a reply from them yet.
