Porsche GT3RS Wheel v1 or v2

Hi, I recently bought for my son from eBay a GT3 RS wheel. It didn't specify which version is it, but from the pictures I saw it had the smaller shifter paddles and assumed is the v1. When I received it, I noticed it had 2 buttons on the display. I installed the drivers for the v1, but in the control panel when I press a button, it shows that a completely different button is pressed. Is it possible the wheel has the v2 kit installed? And also is there a way to see which version firmware it has? Thanks
