Australian Bushfires - Is it affecting RMA response times

Hey, I'm curious to find out if anyone else is experiencing slow response times from the RMA team for a repair in Australia at the moment, I heard they are based in Northern NSW which is being affected by Bush Fires.
I've been in communication with the Fanatec support team throughout last week about a damaged USB port, I received an email last Friday 8th November, notifying me the RMA team has been engaged and I will be contacted, however yet to receive any further update.
Sales/support communication has been delayed due to the website system changeover, not because of bushfires. I see that you received messages from the team today.
