CS Universal Hub Shifter Paddle Return Spring Broke

...right in the middle of the iRacing Spa 24, naturally. Obviously my wheel is out of commission until I get a set of replacement springs, so what do I need to do to get the parts. Thanks.

    The hub was not listed under My Products, probably because I bought it prior to 2014, which is the oldest product on that list. I added the universal hub with the serial number, but when I clicked on support, it would not let me create a ticket, but just went straight to the FAQ page, which does me no good.
