Podium hub and display module don't work

After waiting 2 months for my DD2 and GT3 wheel, they worked for 5 days, then the hub and the display module don't work any longer. I spent countless hours trying to getting them to work in vain - cleaned and reinstalled the drivers, FanaLab software, change USB port, etc. Everything you can think off. Many calls to Fanatec, always answer machines. I left messages and open a support ticket. I received one response with an bootloader software to run, and it doesn't work at all. Just an empty command line window.


$2300 worth of junk that I can't use. Extremely disappointed.


And what's up with Fanalab v1.24 beta. When I install it, there is no games or game profiles. When I click on show all games icon, the application shuts down. I had to install v1.23 beta .


I read several posts complaining about the display module not working. Anyone found a soluiton?
