[Resolved] I have not received what I paid for

I've sent multiple emails and numerous request through the support/faq sections and have contacted them multiple times but no one is ever available to speak with and their voicemail is full.

I want my clamp that I paid for so I can mount my hand brake. It's already weird that they came in separate shipment's on different days.

I received my hand brake and USB cable but I don't have my clamp and no emails stating that my clamp is being sent with a tracking of any kind outside or the two items that I received.

I'm going to be disputing the transaction with my bank if I don't get some assistance on my order. How is it possible that a company that's held with high regard with the sim racing community have such awful customer service.

I just want what I paid for and if you're not going to directly help my bank will.
