CSW 2.5 rear fan question

Hi,

I'm new to Fanatec ecosystem so I'm sorry if posting something already asked! (I've tried to serach)

Just yesterday UPS has deliverd my brand new stuff (CSW V 2.5, ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2, CSL Elite pedal LC).

I'm on 347 drivers, as of my understanding they are the best ones for my setup (please let me know if you reccomand another version) :

  • PC driver : 347
  • WB FW : 664
  • Motor FW: 22
  • SW FW: 34

Every thing is working just fine except the rear fan on the WB that after 2 or 3 minuts playing on AC or F1 2020 kick on (seems to maximum RPM) and lock in this status even after closing the game (I've tried to keep the WB on for 30 min doing nothing, but the fan keep running with a lot of noise) until I perform a power recycle (off/on), what's really boring ....

Can you please help or provide a suggestion to fix

    Hi Nihad,

    Please try reinstalling the motor firmware. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket (through the My Products section of your Fanatec account).
