Fanatec handbrake not working

Ive just got my fanatec handbrake and i’m using the usb adapter but when i plug it in it only recognises the adapter and says it’s in shifter mode. i’ve emailed fanatec but no ones got back yet anyone know what to do?

i can’t choose what mode to download it just says 32bit 3.11 or 64 bit
download the driver, install it, open it, click on the update tab and select handbrake
Perfect. Thanks for that. I too had the same issue, but yes... Just select Update Firmware and select the firmware you want. In this case "Handbrake".
