brake pedal only works 5% in assetto corsa only

hey guy scraching my head abit i have v3 inv pedals and all the settings in menu show brake is ok but no matter how hard i press it it only comes on abit i hear the brakes working but only about 5 percent and tried all my other games and brake is fine im using driver 365 and firmwhare 1.30 and have it connected via USB

i have tried manually tuning the brake and nothing happens

universal hub

handbrake running off pedals(could this be a issue)

fanatec dampner on brake

and shifter

any help would be great thanks for any help
