Package not delivered

I received 2/3 packages for my order. Purchased a wheelbase, wheel, and pedals all on 7/1/20. On 7/23 the pedals and wheel were delivered but the wheelbase has been lost by fedex. The package hasn’t been scanned by fedex since 7/22. They tell me to reach out to Fanatec so you can submit a claim with FedEx then send me a replacement product. I can’t reach anyone. No one answers the phones no one responds to emails. I’m sitting on all this unusable merchandise that I’ve spent thousands of dollars on because of the atrocious customer service. Can someone help?
