Same button not working on multiple wheels

Hi,

I have a CS 2.5 with BMW and Formula V2 wheels. I recently ran into an issue where the button that maps to 4 on both wheels stopped working. Doesn't work in game or in the Fanatec app. I'm assuming this is related to the base since they both stopped working. I didn't make any changes to the software on the machine.


Any thoughts? Reload the driver? Firmware? Or something more simple?

    Have you verified all the connections are intact inside both the wheel and wheel base. Check the allen screws are not loose and no pins bent. If all is good then you should open a support ticket.
