Charged twice, waiting over a week for refund

Title sums it up. Placed an order over a week ago and was charged twice. I've been trying to contact Fanatec, both the US and German side over the phone, with no luck. No email responses either. I cancelled the original order before it processed to change an item and received the refund for that, but still nothing on the double charge. Hoping someone on here can help me get this figured out. Thanks!
