Fanatec Order System is Broken

I pre ordered my DD1 on the 4th August in Australia which was due for deleivery 27th August. The date changed to 14th September and who knows what it will get changed to again.

My friend in the same country (Australia) preorderd the exact same product DD1 on the 14th August and received today.

How does that work. Should I just cancel my order and then re order to jump the line ?

    Hi Robert,

    Clearly that shouldn't happen, and the issues relating to 'stuck' backorders are largely resolved, so this could be a different problem. I have reported it to the sales team.

    I don't recommend that you cancel and reorder however. While it could work, it could also cause additional delays, and it's not worth the risk.

    Just an update.

    My DD1 arrived. Thanks for following up with this Dom and the assistance that you provided in the background.
