New CSL Elite PS4 disconnection

My brand spanking new CSL Elite PS4 (P1 rim), first time use on PS4 will not stay connected. I plug it in and it works but after about 30 seconds it disconnects from the PS4. I have to press the PS button on the rim and sign in again, then instant disconnection. This repeats indefinitely. I have yet been able to even get into a race. After dropping 1,100 bucks on all new Fanatec gear this is beyond irritating. I am hoping that what the internet says about Fanatec support isn't true and I can get some help. I love this kit so much and just want it to work. Any ideas, anyone?

Is the wheel and/or PS4 plugged into a power strip? Make sure both are always directly connected to the wall outlet if so.
Actually it is, I will try that this evening. Could that affect the controller connection on the PS4?
Hey Brandon, with which firmware came your Wheelbase? Have you checked, if you are on the latest one?
I believe I'm on the latest. I downloaded and installed v328
Hi Brandon,
I can see that you have an active support ticket in progress. I'm sure we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I do and I've been emailing with the support team. The guy I'm working with is super helpful.
try it with only the wheel usb plugged in to the ps4 USB port and nothing else plugged into the other USB port.
Problem solved, it was bad USB ports in the PlayStation. Got a new one and it works perfectly. I appreciate your help guys.
