Cross Platform Compatibility with the Following

I am looking to purchase the following set but before placing the order wanted to make sure that it is cross platform compatible for PC, XBox and PS4. Any help would be great.

PS4 compatibility is reliant on the wheel base and not steering wheel so you are good to go.
