RMA/Support confirmation?
Last night my DD1 seems to have fried itself. I submitted a support ticket, but received no email confirmation that anything was submitted, and there's nothing in my profile to indicate a ticket was made.

This is correct, there is no mail notification, just the notification you see after you submitted the support request.
