Fanatec dd1 doesn't react/respond.

During the first launching of the podium wheel base dd1, it launched correctly. The switch-key diode was red (as i know it should be this colour). After connecting it to the computer, the programme installation started automatically. When it finished, I restarted my computer. I downloaded the driver from the fanatec webpage to install the steering wheel (CLS Elite Steering Wheel WRC compatible with XBox One). Then the installation attempt failed. Now, after the reset when I want to launch the base, the diode flashes white and the screen doesn't work (it shows no information). I can't do anything. Could you tell me what should I do to deal with it?
