CSL Elite clamp and warranty in USA

Does the CSL elite PS4 come with a table clamp or should I buy the table clamp from the cockpits and mounting?

Also I was trying to find info on the warranty on the wheel but I only saw info about European countries. Does the same warranty apply to USA buyers?
