Is there a way to process a defective New handbrake? I've been sending emails for 10 days and there's no way. Beware of fanatec's after-sales service, it's horrible.
From what I can see, you have received a reply from the support team who wants to help you get your Handbrake working. They have requested a video of the issue as part of standard procedure. If you are unable to provide a video then the team will offer a different solution. Please give us some time to resolve this for you.

Create a support ticket through the website under your account / my products.
That is the only way because it get automated case number and put in que. If you sent e-mails it will not be picked up on time and will take longer time to be put in que.
