Payments returned

last August i ordered some cls elite pedals with load cell. I made the payment by ATM reference. for some reason the payment was not made and I received the order at home. I sent an email to the sales service and got no response. on the 4th of this month i received a letter from endor to pay the order by bank transfer or i run the risk of going to legal dispute. the same day I made the bank transfer. what was my surprise when today i went to see my bank account and had a bank transfer from the endor with the value of the order. I have already sent an email to the sales service and to info @ endor. I can't understand why the transfer was returned? I just want to make the payment but it is difficult to do so and to have answers to this problem. someone can help me?
