DD1 start Up isuues

Hi there,
I'm having issues with my DD1 and it starting up. I received it 17 days ago and out of the box it hasn't worked.
Support out of Germany have been unhelpful even though have have told me I'm entitled to an exchange because I have registered the issue within 14 days. I'm not sure why someone hasn't just authorised the return. the link to the Youtube video is below

Hey Kim, I’m also having trouble with mine. I send and e-mail yesterday but haven’t heard back. How much time did you had wait? Did you started the process with a Support Request?

Have you updated the driver to the newest version, and/or tried different USB ports?
