Ultra hyper mega newbie question about getting started

Sorry for such a vague title, and I realize this probably belongs in the software/driver section, but that section appears to be closed(?) to new discussions. As it says in the title, I'm as green at this stuff as it's humanly possible to be, so here's my mega ignorant question. I'm in the process of setting up my Podium DD1, and the first thing it says in the Quick Guide is to update the firmware. So I went to fanatec.com/downloads, and found the Drivers section under the Podium DD1 wheel base category, and it gives three options for drivers:

Fanatec Driver 381

Fanatec Driver 346, and

Fanalab V1 53

Which one should I select? Does it matter? Thanks. I'm sure this is the first of many questions. Can someone recommend a good source (Youtube video, pdf, anything) to help someone who has never even played a video game in his life get up and running?
