Hello, first time purchasing a set up in general like this. I am just wondering how long it may take for me to receive my items If I were to order csl elite f1 today. Wondering because I will not be home for at least a week.

It all depends on location, product availability, customs (if applicable), etc. In an ideal situation it could be anywhere from a few days to 10 however with the current situation it could be longer.
