I'm using FANATEC DD1PS4, but today I reinstalled the driver and updated the firmware.
Immediately after the firmware update was completed, the DD itself did not turn on and was no longer recognized by the PC.
The installed driver is Fanatec Beta Driver V373.
To be exact, the power button is only the power button on the back of the main unit,
While the button is pressed, the electric fan is rotating and the steering shaft is moving slowly.
If you take your finger off the button, the power will turn off. There is no kill switch.
I would appreciate your advice as a solution or coping method.

First of all you should install driver 381, as this one is the latest one with many fixes and improvements.
After which firmware update? Base, Motor, Steering wheel?
I would uninstall the driver 373 again, reboot, install driver 381, reboot the PC again, then turn on your base and see if it is recognized again.
If not, try to press and hold the power button for 10 secs, this will get your base into bootloader mode from where you can update the firmware again.

Is your FFB turned down or off? What are your tuning menu settings?
My FFb is turned on and its just ingame

Did you check the ingame settings? Which steering wheel are you using?
I am using the Formula V2 steering wheel.
The vibration and FFB tests are working.
Did you check your ingame settings though? Did you just flash the fws? which driver?
If the base does not turn on at all it seems like the PSU or DD base is dead. can you check the plugs and the PSU's green light?
The base has to be off and then you press the power button for 10 secs, that's the way to get into bootloader mode.

So the PSU is still working? Are you sure the wheelbase is broken? The best way is to contact the support: https://fanatec.com/ja-en/support/faq
Please provide them a video so they can better understand what the problem is. If it is still under warranty you shouldn't pay anything for the potential repair.
