DD1 Wont Turn on.

I unplugged he DD1 from the back then 30 minutes later plugged it back in to the back of the wheel hub. The green light is on on the power supply but the DD1 will not turn on. The white lite on the back is not lit.


I tested the plug that goes into the back of the wheel with a volt meter to see if it is getting power. 4 out of the 6 pins register power. The two on the left side of the plug show nothing. Any suggestions?

    Hello. And how we solved the problem, I just don't get anything at all with my csw 2.5. Power is supplied from the unit, but the base does not react at all (((
