Hallo,
ich habe folgende Komponenten:
Wheel Base DD1 - Racing Wheel BMW GT2 .....Shifter und Pedals
Folgendes Problem: in unregelmässigen Abständen erscheint am Display des DD1:
Attention Enable torque?
Man kann es dann mit dem "ok" Knopf bestätigen, aber dies ist sicher nicht Sinn der Sache.
Sobald die Meldung auftaucht ist eini sinnvolles Fahren unmöglich!
Kann man das generell deaktivieren? Woher kommt das Verhalten?

You can then confirm it with the "ok" button, but this is certainly not the point.
As soon as the message appears, sensible driving is impossible!
Can you generally deactivate this? Where does the behavior come from?

You can not disable this message. When the message comes up again and again this means there is a serious connection problem between your Base and the Wheel. Do you have any other wheel to test if the issue appears with that wheel as well to see if the connection loss is coming from the Base or the wheel?
If not, you need to contact the support to get either the base or the wheel repaired or exchanged.
I can disable the message with the "ok" button on the wheel - then it works. But you can't say when the message comes again.
Somtimes it takes some seconds somtimes it take half an hour or an hour .... but it comes up again and again ...and you don't have any force feedback at this moment. When you press the butten it works without doing something else.
