No feel of traction loss in Wheel
So I got into F1 about a year ago and have been playing with a controller ever since, up until a month ago. I ordered the Podium Racing Wheel with the Clubsport Pedals V3 and have been loving it so far.
My only issue is that I'm still a lot faster on my controller. I'm actually able to feel the loss of traction on my controller, but not on the wheel/pedals. I'm able to notice the wheel pull harder when the traction gets lower, but I'm not able to feel the micro-vibrations I used to get on my controller giving me a full sense of awareness that would allow me to push the traction on my wheels to the limit. With this problem, driving in the rain and having good starts have been an absolute nightmare.
I've tried so many different setups and just can't seem to find the right one where I can actually push the limits properly on my wheel/pedals.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

You could try the recommended settings and tweak from there - https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/843/f1-2019-pc-fanatec-recommended-settings#latest
I've tried those exact settings and tweaked them a bit, but still no luck in feeling the little vibrations when understeering/oversteering.
Not sure what kind of testing and tweaking you could have done to start from the suggested settings and end up with the settings you have posted above. Why did you decide to settle with 50 FEI after starting at 100? That would reduce the little vibrations, not surprised you can't feel anything now. Think you'll just have to take some time to methodically tweak one setting at a time to see what helps and what makes things worse. I don't see any evidence you have done that - your changes seem to me that they would make the FFB smoother and weaker.
That's what surprised me. Changing my FEI made barely any difference and it's the same with the other settings as well. The only significant change I can recognize is the actual strength of the FFB when I increase/decrease it.
