DD1 lost forcefeedback

Hi

After updating the drivers to 400 and then installing the latest firmware, my DD1 has lost all force feedback. It is not game or PC related as I've tried it on the 2 PC's and also using the test FF function on the wheel calibration app, the test vibration function also fails.

The torque key is in and I press a button on the wheel to clear and the LCD screen registers hi-torque. I've swapped USB ports many times as well

Any suggestions for anything else I can try or is a hardware fault?

    Did you ever get this resolved? I too am having the same issues with my DD1 starting a few days ago.
