Connect Porsche 911 2008 wheel and base to Xbox One S

Hi there!
I'm still keeping an awesome 911 porsche kit from 2008 and i'm very happy with it :)
Recently a new 2020 Xbox S came into my place and i'm wondering about a way to connect this old wheel to it, any ideas?
