USB Connector snapped off PCB board on CSL Elite wheel base

Hi my CSL Elite USB socket on the back of the wheel base has snapped off the motherboard and the little IC400 connector behind it is missing i need the number of this connector so i can order replacement ti repair it anyone help

    perhaps this picture helps, i got also the usb port damaged. im hoping fanatec can deliver a spare board.
