CSL Elite (Pulley???) Noise

Hey,

I am an owner of the CSL Elite V1.1 for nearly a year now and since one week it makes a weird noise like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swpAbAguM60 . Did anyone already had this issue and know how to fix it (Maybe without contacting) support?
