Xbox series x not working with f1 2020

Just connected my sons new Xbox series x to the clubsport v2.5 & F1 wheel it works with all games except F1

anyone able to help?

    Tuns out it is a fault with the console. Have to say got straight through to Microsoft who are sending a replacement. Top customer service for a change.
